Quote and Consultation–we will first discuss the price, timeline, and specifics of your demolition needs. We like to obtain as much information as we need during this step of the process to make it hassle-free and so that you do not need to contribute much to the other two steps.
Permits and Logistics–in this step of the process, we obtain any permits or approvals that we may need to go through with your demolition project. This step of the process also includes disconnecting power, water, and sewer lines, if required.
Demolition–on the scheduled date and time, we will set to work demolishing and completing the project. This step involves hauling off debris, cleaning up the site, and disposing of all waste involved in completing your project.
Certain circumstances may cause our time estimates to fluctuate, including permits and the size or complexity of the job. For example, the size of a home may necessitate additional demolition and cleanup time.
For most of our clients, our process is straightforward, from the initial quote and consultation all the way to demolition and cleanup. If there are any delays, we will stay in communication on any unprecedented delays or longer scheduling requirements.
