Step 1: Consulting & Prep the pool

Here, we'll drain the pool and disconnect the pool equipment, ensuring all of the electricity to the pool has been turned off as well as any plumbing disconnected.

Step 2: Drain Pool & Mobilization

Getting into your back yard can be one of the most challenging and delicate parts of the process. You don’t want just anybody bringing heavy equipment into your backyard. Many factors must be considered in order to access your back yard with heavy equipment while minimizing damage to grass, driveways, landscaping, sprinklers, ETC.

Step 3: Pool Demolition

All concrete from the pool and pool deck is broken up with a hydraulic jackhammer on the end of a mini excavator into rock and small boulder sized pieces.

Step 4: Haul Off

Once all the concrete is broken into manageable pieces it is pulled out of the hole, loaded into dumpsters, and hauled to a recycling facility.

Step 5: Backfill

Once all of the concrete has been removed, you are now left with a big hole where your pool was. New dirt is brought in to fill the hole and is compacted so that it is now safe to reuse and repurpose.

Step 6: Grading and Cleanup

Once the hole is filled, JRP will grade all working areas to drain properly. We will also ensure all of the mess is cleaned and tidied up, so that you would never know that a pool used to be there.
